RADIANT RINGLETS & FROS!

Look at all the radiance!! Textures of all kinds. Short. Long. Wavy. Curly. Kinky. Locked. Ladies & Gents, love your hair & all the frustration that comes with with : )
Ms. Badu! I'm not sure if this is a wig, but I know it is possible for anyone to grow a fro this size if they wish. The 70's can never be COMPLETELY out of style.

I posted this picture for all my 4 a,b & c ladies. As you can see, the model above has a tightly curled or "kinky" texture. This means, it's vital for women with this type to keep their hair moisturized at all times. Great oils/butters or creams to use for this type would be shea butter, coconut oil, & jojoba oil (of course there's no limits to what can be used for this type)

The phenomenal Jill Scott...hmm, now I would consider her hair to be inbetween a 3c and 4a. As you can see, her hair still has a bit of a loose curl to it, but the texture is not as silky or wavy as a 2 or a 3a. Olive oil & coconut are great for this type (with an exception of others)..

Maxwell...The soulful singer once known for his infamous 4a curls, now rocks a low cut..(which is fine too!)...I'm sure men can still relate to the long hair don't care look..so the hair care tips in the blog goes for you too fellas. Keeping your hair treated does not mean, wash, grease & go lol..take time to tame your mane, so invest go ahead and invest in some natural oils!

Soulful jazz songstress/guitaress Esperanza Spalding loves rockin her 4a type ringlets proudly..as an everyday style her funky fro and high-spirited persona
helps her mark her brand in the world of musica.

Aww..Jaden Smith. Isn't he just adorable! His 3a curls adds to his charming presence, as stops to take a flick on the runway. To get this two-stranded look, a good hair product would be aloe vera gel. For this type of hair, a good wet, gel & go is convienient for those busy days. (For the youngsters, this is a managable hairstyle for the school week)

Ooh la la..Corbin Bleu : )..the actor, singer, dancer & songwriter....known for his role as Chad Danforth in High School Musical. Coming from an Italian-American & Jamaican-American background, his natural curly Qs gives off the very essence of those ethnic traits. For this type, 2c.. Some tea tree oil, aloe vera, or chamomile & your good to go. (once again, this is not a limitation..one is welcomed to use any and every hair ingredient I mention.)

This handsome model works his way down the runway with a short & tight 4a coils.
This edgy fro is stylish and will remain moisturized with shea butter, coconut & jojoba oil..and don't forget water. ( A great recipe to keep in mind 1 cup of Shea butter, 2 table spoons of olive oil, and 2 tbs of cocunut oil)..

Known for her hit record "Put your Records On", UK's own, Corrine Bailey-Rae came into the industry with small to medium length curls..but now her locks have grown and matured lovely..similar to her music career : )
Her hair is a 3b (like mine!)..and although it is not tightly coiled

The soulful songstress, Amel Larrieux would be considered a 2a/2b type. Which means, instead of having straight European looking hair, her locks has body and much waves and curls. (there are other examples of 2 hair types below)

These tight ringlets would be a 3c/4a type. Now this is where the curl pattern begins to tighten...her hair is considered curly, not wavy.

This young lady above has 3a/3b type hair. As you can see, it has more of a curlier pattern than a 2 type. But the curl pattern is not has tight.

The Trinidadian Producer/Director Vashite Kola also known as Downtown's Sweet heart, has what we would call in hair talk..2b hair..it has a wavy/curly hair pattern. For hair types like hers, less oil is needed.
